Servant 28 is a powerhouse inspirational rock group bringing compelling sounds and songs to the forefront of the northwest music region.
The original songs of the group are a seamless blend of pure energy and momentum appealing to a wide variety of musical tastes infusing a classic rock style dressed up with the edge of today's modern music. The band features virtuoso guitarist Pierre La Ve' and wife Kris La Ve' on keys and lead vocals teaming up with the high energy drumming of Daniel Rutt, and the melodic violin, bass, and acoustic guitar sounds of Ted Cephus.
Servant 28's first full length album, Masquerade, will be available the end of 2011 with singles now available on iTunes. Look for subsequent video releases following the album.
Servant 28 is available for mainstream venues playing a variety of cover songs from Journey to Fleetwood Mac and Lady Antebellum. While the group remains strong to it's inspirational core, the original music crosses over into mainstream events with ease. The group is unashamedly Christian and mixes inspirational originals with high quality modern music at the events it performs. The band developed it's name after Matt. 20:28 reminding us that Jesus came not into the world to be served, but to serve others.
